Summer Consultants Awarded USACE Baltimore District AE IDIQ Contract
Summer Consultants has been awarded a new architect and engineering services IDIQ contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District. The contract, part of a $500 million initiative, will support military construction; facility sustainability, restoration and modernization, and civil works programs primarily within Baltimore District’s area of responsibility including Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC. Work under this contract will include renovation and new construction of facilities of various types and sizes including planning, design-bid-build projects, preparation of design-build RFPs, energy modeling, and commissioning.
