Summer Consultants Awarded AE IDIQ Contract with NSWC Philadelphia Division

Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has awarded an IDIQ contract to Summer Consultants to provide multi-discipline architect and engineering services. Work will include repair, replacement, demolition, alteration, improvement, and new construction of NSWCPD military and other governmental facilities, primarily in and around the Philadelphia Navy Yard and surrounding areas. Comprehensive A-E services will include engineering studies, facility and site investigations, planning, preparation of design-build RFPs, and full design-bid-build contract packages.
