Summer Consultants Awarded NAVFAC Washington MEP-FP IDIQ Contract
Summer Consultants was awarded a new $50 million IDIQ contract to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP-FP) engineering design services to Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Washington. Work under this contract will include repairs, renovations, alterations, and new construction of facilities and site improvements, including planning, preparation of design-build RFPs, design-bid-build projects, and commissioning services. Projects will primarily be located within the NAVFAC Washington Area of Responsibility (AOR) including Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland.
