With over 15 years at the firm, Ruthlyn has a hand in most jobs and communication at Summer Consultants. She is one of the main contact points within the company for clients. For most projects, she has an integral role in final preparation and delivery. She manages all this responsibility with an easy nature that promotes strong bonds between her coworkers.

You are surrounded by engineers, how do you survive?

I have been able to survive by keeping an open mind and having an innate ability to work with others with varying personalities.  Most importantly, helping my team to make their projects come to life while affecting the bottom line successfully.
