Drawn to math and science from an early age, Sandra discovered a passion for design in her high school CAD class, inspiring her to pursue architectural engineering at Penn State. During her first internship at an MEP firm, she was introduced to lighting and electrical design, areas that quickly captured her interest. Sandra enjoys the balance between the two disciplines: electrical design challenges her logical and technical thinking, while lighting design brings a creative, artistic layer to the work.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy making pottery, crocheting, and traveling to new places.
