Omar Qasmieh

Even before he studied engineering, Omar was trying to figure out how things worked or why something was designed a certain way. While studying mechanical engineering, he found control systems were always an interesting puzzle to solve. This puzzle solving, combined with satisfaction of seeing all of a system’s moving parts work together at the end of project helped to launch his commissioning career. As a commissioning consultant, Omar is excited to help coordinate, test and verify HVAC systems perform as intended. He looks forward to sharpening his commissioning skills, becoming a certified commissioning authority and designing control systems in the future.

What do you do outside of work?

In my free time, I love to repair some unique older cars and do some gardening as well.
